A national MIMR initiative — sponsored by NIDLP and the Ministry of Communications & IT — that adopts the SIRI methodology with INCIT to move Saudi factories toward operational excellence and advanced technologies.
Track 1 · New factories
Ensures new factories are designed and built to high manufacturing and production-efficiency standards from day one.
Track 2 · Existing factories
Transforms current factories to adopt operational-excellence standards and advanced technologies.
Financial incentives available
The industrial ecosystem offers several grants and incentives covering assessment, digitization and full transformation.
Up to 80%
Covers up to 80% of a digital solution's cost — to a maximum of SAR 300,000 — to motivate factories to adopt foundational digitization.
25% · up to SAR 10M
Supports R&D and innovation through collaborative projects between national factories and research entities.
Up to SAR 40M
Loans and grants through the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) for automation, digitization and energy-efficiency projects.
Audited evaluations
Financial grants covering the cost of certified, audited SIRI maturity assessments.
Machinery & equipment
Covers part of transformation costs for purchasing automation machinery and improving operational efficiency.
Training support
Connects teams with training on modern manufacturing practices to lead the transformation journey.
